These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with AirPlantPlanet.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
- Product No Longer Available With Our Merchant Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
- Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
- Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C
- Discount coupons applied on products which are already at discounted prices.
- Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
- Non-Serviceable Locations by FedEx
- Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you in 3 working days and might take up to 7 working days to reflect in your payment method. All refund will be made to the original payment mode only.
Cancellations by the Customer: In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you (Refund will be after deducting 5% of the total amount as payment processing charges). We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Shipping Policy: We try to ship orders as fast as possible. For plants, all orders placed by 11:59 PM on Tuesday would be shipped on the subsequent Monday. Since we ship by FedEx, please make sure that your pin code is serviceable by FedEx. Any loss due to delay by courier service, is not under our control and we would not be able to offer a refund in that case. We take all measures to carefully pack the orders to make sure that there are no damages to the package. However, we would not be liable to refund if there is any mishandling by the courier, and the package gets damaged in transit. In case the order location is not serviceable by FedEx, we would make alternate arrangements and use services of India Post to ship the order by Speed Post or Registered Post.
Return Policy: We do not have a return policy as some product(s) are perishable goods. You can contact us if we have sent out wrong product other than ordered one and we will be happy to send a replacement.
Refund Policy: If your order approved for refund then your refund would be processed to the original payment mode. DOA(Dead on Arrival) claims are honored only in case if it is notified on the same day when the package is delivered and the photo for the DOA item same is sent to us by email on the same day of receiving the courier. We will consider only the first delivery attempt by courier. In case the courier is undelivered on the first attempt, we will not be responsible to the DOA for the shipments.
There would be no refund in case the address/ contact details provided by the customer is incorrect while placing the order. In case there is a Return to Origin that is initiated by the courier due to wrong address/contact details or both, an amount equavalent to the shipping cost would be deducted from the amount to be processed for refund.
